Jam for Jean

Macqueen’s is pleased to announce our third and final winter concert of the year: Jam for Jean.

To be held on the 28th of August at 2.00pm, Jam for Jean will showcase local music students under the tutelage of Fiona Pugh playing a range of songs you’re sure to recognise.

All proceeds will go towards the Jean Wood Memorial Music Scholarship. Jean Wood was a much loved music teacher in the district and a founding member of Corangamite Arts. The scholarship named in her honour supports young musical performers in the districts of Terang, Mortlake, Camperdown, Lismore and Timboon to further their studies.

Come along, enjoy the music of some talented young performers and then join us for light refreshments after as we bid farewell to winter.
