Uncle Vern, My eternal gratitude to you for some of my best early childhood memories as a city slicker in Camperdown on holidays learning to herd and milk cows, carting hay, feeding calves and chooks and driving Pops old car and the tractor and fascination with your tie selection. A wonderful role model.

9. Our whole family are saddened to hear of Verns passing. Such a wonderful life long neighbour, friend, and mate to Diane and Denis and our family, always so happy, helpful and supportive. Best neighbour one could ever wish for. Deepest condolences to Vonny Gary and Darren and families. Love from the Daffy family
