Last week I suggested to our staff that we start our own business Facebook page. This page…..

It went “live” on Wednesday, thanks to staff that aren’t afraid to have a go. (They’re a bit younger than me!)

I am so overwhelmed by what has happened since then. Our first post is about our new quilt. In an amazingly short period of time, this story has reached over 11,000 people through Facebook.

I am humbled by the people who “reacted” or “liked” the story and I am so grateful to the people who have commented.

Macqueen’s Funerals is not a big funeral business. It is owned by a husband and wife team. It doesn’t have ultra modern premises nor does it have a state of the art hearse. What it does have is great staff with a great attitude and a can-do and caring approach to the families with whom we work.

So once again, thank you to those of you that have reacted and liked and commented, and thanks to our great team.
