Our dear mother and grandmother peacefully passed to eternal life at Rice Village, Geelong.
She was surrounded by her beloved family in a room overflowing with love.
Pat, predeceased by her husband Daniel, treasured mother of Helen and Ian Kreeck, Adrian and Barbara, Kerry and George Clarke and Mark and Julie.
Amazing Grandma to Stuart and Gina; Sarah and Gerard, Rachael and Andy, Daniel and Tania, James and Alana; Anthea, Tom and Shan; Dominica.
Doting Great Grandma of Madeleine, Penelope and Adrian Yates, Patrick, Charlotte, Joseph and Isaac Meade, Henry and Fred Holscher.
Pat’s husband Daniel, her parents Jack and Hannah, her son Adrian and his wife Barbara, her brother Bill and his wife Margaret and grandsons Gerard and Andrew welcomed her to Heaven.
Special thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at Rice Village who treated Mum with respect and love.

Funeral Notice
Service held Friday July 1, 2016 - 11:00amRequiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Patricia Annie Meade will be celebrated at St Thomas’ Catholic Church, 1 Lyons Street, Terang on Friday 1st July at 11am. At the conclusion of Mass, the cortege will depart for the Terang Cemetery, 124 Cemetery Road, Terang. No flowers please.
The Rosary will be prayed at St Thomas’ Catholic Church on Thursday, 30th June at 7:30pm.

Auntie pat was a beautiful lady with Such a positive, fun outlook on life who was always up for a story or a joke & was always dressed immaculately with not a hair out of place! She had such a great circle of friends with whom she could share her words of wisdom & she always made you feel so welcome in her home. I will miss her great qualities she taught us & she will never be replaced. Now resting in peace. I’m sure she will have lots of stories to tell our relatives in heaven.
