Dearly loved husband of Rita Eileen (1953 – 1992) and Adelaide (1993 – 2012).
Loved father of Dan, Jan, Frank, Gerard, Bill and Margy. Loved father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather of his devoted family.
The family wishes to thank Dr Sheetal Vig and the staff at the Cobden Clinic and the Palliative Care team at Lovely Banks for making this difficult time more comfortable for Dad and the family. Your care and concern was greatly appreciated.
Funeral Notice
Service held Monday July 16, 2018 - 11:00amA Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of MR PATRICK FRANCIS O’CONNELL will be offered at St Patrick’s Catholic Church, Walls Street, Camperdown on MONDAY (July 16) at 11am. Following Mass the cortege will proceed to the Terang Cemetery.
