  3. Many fond memories from our Senior Scouting days in Terang. Tony was an enthusiastic leader who encouraged us to ‘Do our Best’. As a result, Ken Sadler and I became Terang’s first Queen Scouts under his guidance and commitment. When the Governor, Sir Rohan Delacombe presented us with our awards, I think Locky was way more proud than us, and he sidled up to him for a chat, as Tony was cheeky enough to do. A great bloke and mentor.

  5. Thinking of you and your family Gwen.
    I have many great memories of my scouting days and lessons learnt from Locky that I have carried and still carry through my life. Especially the hike and camping through the Grampians.
    Also the times and mateship shared at the fire station were special as well.
