Beloved husband of Helen (dec’d). Cherished father of Joanne, Janet and John. Loved father in law of Leon, special friend of Jodie.

Adored pop of Laura and Garith, Sammy and Charli, and very special Popky to Tayla.

You were my whole world, you were there for me every step of my life . You were my rock and my best friend . There won’t be a day go by that I won’t miss or need you . You were the most caring and loving person I knew, you helped every one you knew. The world is definitely a better place for having you in it.

God saw you getting tired,
And a cure was not meant to be.

It never mattered what was needed you were always the first person around to help. You never missed a special event, you were a rock. I wouldn’t change a single moment of our time together. Your kindness, love and compassion changed the world for the better and my world is definitely brighter knowing you are my poppy. You weren’t just a grandparent, you were poppy and you were the greatest poppy.
