Passed away peacefully at Warrnambool Base after a short illness.

Loved wife of Ted (dec) and Bill Unwin (dec).

Loved Mum and mother-in-law of Sue & Greg, Peter & Janette, Gary (dec), Glenda & Ken, Ian & Wendy, Sandra & Murray, Pauline & Darren.

Adored Nana of her 17 grandchildren and Old Nana of 32 great grandchildren.

Reunited with Dad, Gary, Kerry & Bill.

Rest in Peace Mum, Nana & Old Nana.

Funeral Notice

Service held Tuesday February 18, 2025 - 1:00pm

A Graveside Service will be held for Vera at the Cobden Cemetery, Cemetery Rd Cobden, on Tuesday (Feb 18) at 1:00pm.

The Service will be available to view on this website from 10:00am Wednesday.

So sad to lose my beautiful mother-in-law. She has had a hard life in so many ways but has always kept her poise and loving smile. I will miss her and our visits to Cobden to see her immensely.
Peter and I still play euchre every now and then and will think of her (and Bill) every time we do.
Rest in Peace Vera.
We all love and miss you.

To Vera’s Family. That cheeky smile and laugh and the cigarette. We don’t see much of each other as we grew up but alway family cousins forever. Thinking of you all. Less and Vida crows children. Carolyn, Judith, Leanne, Rhonda, Sharlene and Wendy.
