Passed away peacefully July 20th 2017, knowing how much she was loved.
Loved wife of John (dec).
Loving mum of Lee, Gerard and Nicole.
Mother-in-law to Jane.
Loving Nan of Aaron and Alice; Sinead, Shannon and Dermott; Declan and Niamh; Jade and Jordan.
Extremely proud Nan Nan to her adoring great grandchildren and lastly little mate Paddy.
Will always be remembered for her kindness, compassion and love.
Funeral Notice
Service held Wednesday July 26, 2017 - 2:00pmRequiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs Patricia Carmody will be held at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Warrnambool, on WEDNESDAY (July 26) at 2.00pm.
A Private Burial will follow at the Terang Cemetery.
